This guacamole is great with chips, nachos, crackers or pita, or as a healthier sandwich spread option in place of mayo.


  • 2 avocados
  • 1 lime
  • ¼ small red onion
  • 5-7 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 garlic clove (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro (optional)


Step 1

Cut the avocado in half, remove pit and scoop into a bowl

Step 2

Cut the lime into half and squeeze juice into the bowl with the avocado

Step 3

Chop the peeled onion, cilantro (optional) and garlic (optional) into small pieces, then add to the bowl and mix

Step 4

Cut the tomatoes into halves or quarters (depending on size of tomato), then mix with the quacamole

Step 5

Serve with chips and enjoy!
