Goji berries containing a higher concentration of protein than other fruit. Goji berries are also unique in that they contain all of the essential amino acids that the body requires.


  • 1 cup goji berries1 cup blueberries
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1-2 cups almond milk


Step 1

Soak a handful of goji berries for about an hour

Step 2

Then combine it with the rest of the ingredients.

Step 3

You can also make use of nuts as the base of your smoothie
