Chopped Egg & Avocado Sandwich

This egg & avocado sandwich is a tasty and healthy snack. Perfect for lunches/dinners at home or on the go!


  • 1 hard boiled egg, chopped
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 slices of bread
  • Butter


Step 1

Place the hard boiled egg and half of an avocado in a bowl, add the mayonnaise and mash

Step 2

Spread butter on each piece of bread, one side only

Step 3

Spread chopped egg/avocado mixture on one slice of bread and place second piece of bread on top

Step 4

Cut in half, serve and enjoy!
